We will ship to confirmed addresses only. Buyers will get an automatic email as soon as the order is shipped out. PO Boxes / APOs / FPOs/ AK, HI, and PR residents Please contact us for a shipping quote. All international orders APO's / FPO's addresses will be shipped using USPS. Insurance fee will apply Normal Ground Service estimated regional delivery times are as follows: WESTERN USA - 1 to 3 business days CENTRAL USA - 3 to 5 business days EASTERN USA - 5 to 7 business days CANADA - 7 to 15 business days INTERNATIONAL - 4 to 8 weeks* Items we have in stock are usually shipped the same business day. The order must be placed, payment verified, and security cleared by 3:00 pm PDT. Merchandise is shipped complete, and properly packaged, Occasionally, if an "In Stock" item is oversold or unexpectedly back-ordered, we will order the part from the manufacturer and have it on the way to you as soon as the item becomes available, Or refund the full amount.
LOST OR DAMAGE ITEMS If you receive your item damaged please contact our customer service team within 48 hours to file a UPS claim. UPS will attempt to pick up the package in a total of 3 attempts For inspection. The investigation can take 5-8 business days. A replacement will be sent to you once the damaged items are returned to our location. If you did not receive your item after delivery confirmation you may contact our customer service team to start a trace with the carrier. We will report a lost package, keep in mind that the investigation can take 5-8 business days. UPS will be in contact with the received to gather more information needed.
